First, we work with you throughout the planning and implementation stages. We provide status updates regularly leading up to the meeting, and offer professional consultation in developing questions and content for your presentation. On-site, we provide direct coordination with event management and banquet staff for room set-up and staging. The day of the meeting, our fully trained technicians are active and available 24 hours a day, and understand the need for constant oversight and diligence in meeting deadlines and accommodating last-minute changes.
